This year, McCann Sarajevo was once again named one of the "Most Desirable Employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina", where in the "Marketing and PR" sector it positioned itself in the TOP 3 most desirable employers, taking a high second place. The research, which aims to reveal the perception of citizens about companies as employers, and which was conducted by the MojPosao.ba portal, involved 11,000 respondents from all over the country, while 500 companies competed.
Good attitude of the employer towards employees, positive working environment, security of job retention, high quality of products or services and the possibility of salary increase, are the basic criteria according to which the ranking list of the most desirable employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina was formed. McCann Sarajevo achieved the best placement so far.

The title of the Best Employer for 2021 was earned by 51 companies, and the largest number of voters were people between 25 and 34 years of age.

Vesna Vlasic, director of McCann Sarajevo is one of the TOP 10 most influential people in New Europe awarded by the Congress magazine. Among the 220 nominees for the most influential representatives of creative marketing agencies, Vesna is in the high 4th place in the TOP 10 selection. Credibility, creativity, results and legacy are the categories in which 1711 voters, assigning grades from 1 to 5, created this list.
