The annual educational program "AmChamps - Young Leaders in Change" has gathered prospective students and young managers of AmCham Serbia for the fifth year, with the idea that the synergy of the academic and corporate sector will help educate and develop young people - the ones who will lead the business community in Serbia. Our representative as a mentor this year is Hana Mates, HR Coordinator of media operations within I&F McCann Grupa.
The program began at the end of January 2018 with a grand opening and speed dating, after which students evaluated the managers and vice versa, and the computer took all the data into account to join the couples - Isidora Stojanac, student of Faculty of Organizational Sciences got the mentee role and started working with Hana. Through numerous activities, lectures and workshops couples work on the adoption of new practical skills and skills necessary for further professional development.
The AmChamps program consists of three parts: Learning & Competition (regular part), Case Study (semifinals) and Project Task (Finals). Most of the programs have already been successfully completed. We are monitoring the progress of our favorites and hope for a good placement in the finals!
